Edward Eaton gave a fascinating account of the writing process--from the first image to ideas that grew and were developed through the writer's own efforts and guidance from others. He explained clearly how the book is intended to appeal to a young audience and how he has enjoyed creating a genre related to books of various types. I hope the author's enthusiasm for reading will inspire many.

Thanks to the interviewer for good questions.
